Great tutorial! I actually know a little more about what I'm doing now, haha. Thank you for making this!

It never fails to amaze me how one little difference can so drastically change a flame. A few tweaks to the triangles and I've got this Mardi Gras orb-looking thing. xD

It is! I'm finding I love Apophysis. The whole 'complex mathemetical formula' idea had originally caused me to shy from it, especially after my attempt at POV-Ray, but it's nice to be able to wing it and still have something cool.
